Dr. James Palmer leads the Division of Rhinology at Penn Medicine and co-directs the Cranial Base Center. He holds the David W. Kennedy professorship and an appointment linking otorhinolaryngology with neurosurgery. His training includes medical school at Ohio State, residency at Northwestern, and a fellowship at the Georgia Nasal and Sinus Institute.
