St. Joseph’s Health announced the opening of an ENT office at North Medical Center in Liverpool, New York, on September 22. Its existing ENT office at Northeast Medical Center in Fayetteville will continue to see patients, giving the Syracuse-area program two locations.
The health system lists Haidy Marzouk, MD, Tucker Harris, MD, Robert Kellman, MD, and Benjamin Liba, MD, among the program’s physicians and names Tazheh Kavoosi, MD, as an addition to the team. It identifies Harris as the program’s medical director.
The announcement places the Liverpool office at 5100 W. Taft Road, Suite 2E. St. Joseph’s says the added location and staff should improve appointment access, but it provides no measured change in wait times or patient volume. It does not give a separate opening date beyond the September 22 announcement.
A second location changes the program’s geographic footprint and gives referring practices and patients another office to consider. Whether it reduces waits or increases capacity is a question for later data, not an established result of the announcement.
